Additionally, we perform appraisals that are compliant to the "Yellow Book Standards" ,  the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (UASFLA). We utilize narrative reporting methods as well as the Uniform Agricultural Appraisal Report (UAAR).
